Menu for March 29th-April 5th

okay, going to try to make and keep my menu this week...

Monday-March 29th
     Lunch-egg salad
     Dinner-Chicken Pot Pie
Tuesday-March 30th
     Lunch-leftover pot pie
     Dinner-Chili & cornbread
Wednesday-March 31st
     Lunch-quesadillas
     Dinner-baked potatoes w/ leftover chili
Thursday-April 1st
     Lunch-tuna pita pockets
     Dinner-still researching an April Fools Dinner...stay tuned
Friday-April 2nd
     Lunch-lunch with the Ladies (we eat lunch out with two older ladies from church once a month...)
     Dinner-French Bread Pizza
Saturday-April 3rd
     Lunch-grilled panninis
     Dinner-Pork Chops and Apple Sauce
*making Resurrection Cookies Saturday night for Easter Sunday morning...
Sunday-April 4th-Easter
     Linner (Lunch/Dinner)-Ham & Cheesy Au Gratin potatoes
Monday-April 5th
     Lunch-ham sandwiches

Looks good Kiera. At least you have a plan...now following it another thing. But, hopefully you can do it.

We are trying out a new thing this week the Seder Meal (Passover meal) --usually done on Thursday (Maundy Thursday), but we are doing it Friday instead.

I will be interested to see what you come up with for the April Fools Day meal. Fake bugs hidden in the pie??
